 Given that 4 women is equal to 7 girls to complete a work.
So, 8 women = 14 girls.
Therefore 8 women + 6 girls = 14 girls + 6 girls = 20 girls.

7 girls can do a work in 80 days then 20 girls can do a work in (7*80/20) = 28 days.
Therefore 8 women and 6 girls can a work in 28 days 

Correct answer is C. 28 days
