If the equation is
AB+C
The pattern is:
AB +C= (AB+C) *(A+B)
20+3 23*(2+0)=23*2=46
10+2 12*(1+0)=12*1=12
30+1 31*(3+0)=31*3=93
40+5 45*(4+0)=45*4=180
